Czech Firm Wins Exclusive Deal to Supply Parts for UK's Small Nuclear Reactors
Škoda JS, a Czech engineering company owned by energy group ČEZ, has signed a deal with Rolls-Royce SMR to be the only designer and maker of drive systems (mechanical parts that move and position components) for Britain's small modular reactors, a newer, smaller type of nuclear plant.
