Sweden Starts Sending Migrants Back to Italy Under EU Rule, Rome Pushes Back
Sweden is joining Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Finland in sending migrants back to Italy, the country where they first entered the European Union, using an EU rule called the Dublin Regulation.
